FQtracker is a UX/UI master’s thesis project developed in collaboration with the CMIN - PORTO, focused on improving the monitoring of cystic fibrosis patients. Interaction scenarios were established based on the existing consultation routines of healthcare professionals at CMIN. This approach enabled a user-friendly interface, supporting improved clinical coordination and patient care.


Key functionalities:
· View and manage appointment logs · Access filtered patient lists · Review patient biometric data · Manage test results without external systems · View, add, and edit medications and treatments
